Caravan Storage facilities are cropping up all over the place as people convert disused buildings and compounds into places for storing vehicles of every description and it is becoming difficult to know which is the best one that will ensure that your caravan is safe and secure.
All Seasons Storage formally known as Baytree and Yewtree storage has been operational as a family run business since 1991.
It is Council approved. This is important. Without council approval a storage facility can be shut down, and the same is true if a facility is not paying business rates. We pay business rates.
If any storage facility does not pay business rates and has not applied for buildings to have a change of use to caravan storage they can be shut down.
If you are storing your caravan at such a facility and this happens you could be forced to remove your caravan from the premises and then where would you go? If this occurred in winter likely all other facilities will be full and you could lose the rent you have paid for the storage.
THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN IF YOU ARE STORING YOUR CARAVAN WITH US.
With our having Council Approval and change of use from farm to caravan storage and by our paying business rates you can be assured that your caravan is safe with us and can stay with us for as long as you wish.
Fees are payable in easy instalments of ten weeks, or twenty-six weeks or fifty-two weeks in advance whichever suits you best ~ please click on the fees tab for more information.
Please click on the tabs above to be taken to pages offering you further information about storing your caravan, campervan or boat at All Seasons Caravan & Boat Storage.

'MOLEOVER'
Husband & Wife Team Mole Trapping Service
Moles are not furry underground friends - they do untold damage to gardens, lawns, fields and parklands, they make lawns and roadsides look unsightly and one mole can cause a host of mole hills in any location.
January/February is the worst time when the moles are preparing for new life and building wormeries and nesting areas, and then later in the year when the young moles leave home and start doing their own digging of runs and hills, a beautiful lawn can soon become decimated. True, one can use the mole hill soil for bedding plants and it depends on how you view Mr Mole as to whether or not you can tolerate his relentless trail of destruction.
Richard has been trapping moles on our property for years, and is highly knowledgeable about trapping moles and with Wendy (his wife) to drive and scout the countryside for gardens with a mole problem place the co-ordinates of gardens where mole hills are present into the sat nav, knock at door and return on an agreed date with the homeowner to capture this furry little underground creature, or return day after day until we find someone home. However you can also book an appointment for us to call on you by contacting us via this website.
It is up to you really, furry friend or foe, no need to mull it over, just call 'MoleOver'.
Fees are dependable on distance and how bad the mole problem is, but basically each Mr Mole caught has a £40 price on his head. Plus you would need to pay a refundable fee of £10 for every trap laid for the whole period of time they are in situ until Mr Mole is caught.
Please Call us on: 01205 724229 or mobile 07950 768934 (Richard) or 07789 275709 (Wendy) to book an appointment for us to visit and assess your mole problem. Thank you.
